We’re wishing you and your loved ones a happy holiday season. The holidays are often a reminder of our father’s joy in holiday shopping. At the same time, our mother had so much pleasure decorating our home from top to bottom with Christmas decorations. We decorated every room, even the bathrooms. Our Christmas tree often required a ladder to decorate it. The holiday decorations became a part of our unique tradition to include family and friends in Connecticut without family. Every year, my Mom would convince folks to break bread with us and help assemble our winter wonderland. My Dad would keep the libations and music flowing while avoiding helping with the decorations.

What I loved most about this time of year was that the world would become still and slow down. That gave my Dad a chance not to rush in and work on the paper. It provided my Mom some downtime from working on the layout and additional administrative work.

This brought stillness and uninterrupted quality time with our family. It was and continues to be the only time of year when we close our offices and availability to anything and anyone outside of our family. It’s often when we rest and revitalize ourselves for what’s ahead.

I implore you to give yourself the gift of the rest this holiday season. Let’s fill our own energy tanks with rest and ease this holiday season.

We look forward to seeing each of you in 2025. May you continue to be well and blessed. May you find the space to just enjoy the peace of this season.

May Love, Peace, Health and Prosperity Be Yours Always.
